Upper B (27.03.2018)

Restless nights sleep, but not too bad relatively. I decided last minute not to cycle in, and instead sat in rush hour traffic wondering why I didn’t cycle! It was wet and windy so maybe I made the correct decision.

At lunchtime I did an upper body workout, as follows:

The pull up bar I preferred was in use, so I used this piece of equipment, which had multiple different angle handles. I did one set on each, working from out to in.

The rain was pretty heavy for the jog back, which was at first blowing in my eyes. However once I got moving it was quite nice and refreshing to cool me down after the workout. I’m definately stronger on my lower body than upper body, so tempting to skip the upper body stuff.

I know working on the things you don’t like doing it the way to improve on the things you do like doing.
