Rest day today – and I need it.
Broken sleep due to the baby and toddler having sleepless nights all week, cycled c60 miles on the mountain bike, ran a fitness class, and did 3 resistance workouts, plus of course working a full time job.
My challenge now is more psychological. At the time of writing this I’ve already had a bowl of my usual oats, seeds, fruit, etc.
But then had two slices of toast with butter and (mother-in-law’s) homemade jam. Not much protein, so I’ll boil a couple of eggs before I need to go out later.
And we are off to Cadbury’ s World tomorrow with the kids for an early Easter treat..
