Rest day 21.03.2018

I didn’t workout at the gym, as it was a rest day, which is crucial to let my muscles recover properly, and aid injury prevention through over training.

I did however commute to work on my mountain bike. I am aiming to pedal 1,000 miles on two wheels in 2018, the bulk of which will be commuting. As the weather is now getting better I intend to commute by bike as often as I can.
