Upper B – 19.03.2018

Start of a new week, a bit of snow left on the ground from the weekend, so I didn’t cycle in. My youngest was also up most of the night and I was up from about 4am.

However I did feel good in the workout, and I hit a few personal bests, and even did a couple of dead lifts at the end of the session…

Plus I did 1 x 110kg deadlift at the end of the session…
