Chilly cycle in this morning, trying to navigate the snow and ice without falling off!

Seeing ducks walking on frozen canal water was a little different…

At lunch time I managed this workout..

Pull Ups
3 x 8 @ Bodyweight

Barbell shoulder Press
3 x 8 @ 35kg

Seated Cable Row
3 x 10 @ 45kg

DB Bench Press
3 x 10 @ 22kg

DB Flyes
2 x 10 @ 16kg

BB Curls
3 x 10 @ 15kg

Skull Crushers
2 x 12 @ 15kg

And this was my ride home..
