Lower Body B (12.03.2018)

I cycled in to work this morning…

Then did this at the gym at lunchtime..

Back Squat
3 x 8 @ 60kg

Split squat
1 x 10 @ 40kg

Seated leg Extension
3 x 12 @ 59kg

Hip abduction
1 x 10 @ 39kg (whilst waiting for the calf raise machine)

Seated calf raises 10-15
4 x 15 @ 59kg

Abs – decline sit up
2 x 15 @ Bodyweight +4kg

My Strava stopped on the way back so the ride home is split into two..
