Lower Body A (06.03.2018)

Lower body (‘leg’) day today…

I decided against cycling in, so give my legs the best chance at this workout, and knowing I had a circuit class to run this evening..

My workout was

Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
1 x 8 @ 40kg
2 x 8 @ 45kg

Leg Press
1 x 10 @ 40kg Hack Squat (as leg press machine was being used)
2 x 10 @ 50kg

Prone Leg Curls
3 x 10 @ 45kg

Calf Raises
1 x 10 @ 40kg
1 x 8 @ 50kg
2 x 10 @ 50kg

Abs
Hanging Knee Raises x 10
Toe to Bar x 10
Leg raises x 5
